Become Aware of Your Emotional State
The First step in The Sedona Method is to become aware of your emotional state.
Simply feel it.
Refuse to judge it or label it as good it bad.
It’s simply an experience.
It’s apparently what is.
Decide to Let Go
The second step in letting go is to simply decide to.
In life, we are the sum total of all our decisions.
It’s our decision whether we hold onto an emotion or let it go.

Allow this feeling to happen and pass through you.
You Are Not Your Emotions
For most of our lives, we feel like our emotions and beliefs are ours.
This isn’t true.
Recognize your identification with your emotions and you put yourself in a powerful position.
Most of us state, “I am angry” as opposed to “I am feeling anger.”
Remove your sense of ownership from your emotions.
You don’t own your emotions, you simply experience them.
Letting Go
Letting go of your emotions is the key to transforming your life.
Especially the emotions that are the end product of our past experiences.
